Symptoms

In the log file of the Refresh Collection Snapshots (MSRFWOR), there is a section that ends with 'Please check the warning message in the log file' where the timestamp shows a significant difference from the timestamp of the previous line.  This difference usually accounts for a large percentage of the run time for the program.
