Goal

How to perform Parallel calling of EDQ webservices

Expected result: Configurations to screen msg in EDQ in the same time

Actual result: Screening of messages in EDQ at the same time

Issue Encountered: Current processing mechanism of EDQ is sequentially for each msg, which leads a case that if there is a msg stuck (long time for screening), remained messages will be blocked
