How to setup a graveyard MTA?

On : 8.1.0.9.20210415, Message Store
We are using Oracle Communications Messaging Server (OCMS) for email solution we deployed for fusion SAAS. Currently we have three MTA Servers handing outbound emails.
We would like to setup a graveyard MTA host so that any email that does not get delivered the first time from the three MTA servers will be sent to the fourth MTA (graveyard server) where delivery will be reattempted.
Our team manages email solution for another SAAS property but we use postfix, we have done similar setup where gravyard servers handles emails that doesn't get delivered the first time for whatever reason. It help us keep the email queue clean on three servers .
How can I setup such a graveyard MTA using OCMS? Is there any automated way to do this?
