When using the SubmissionUnitService to manually persist an entry, if the personII field is populated IMP will validate the contents against OHF_HDR_PSN_ENTITY and OHF_HDR_PSN_ENTITY_ID the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a submission unit
  2. Populate the personII using setPersonII.
  3. Submit
  4. If that II doesn't exist in the person tables,  a null pointer exception occurs
