Send Email Action Is Not Working (Doc ID 2857612.1)

In ECM, when the user select 'send email' in the take action screen and click on the Save button pop is showing with a below message

You are attempting to send an email. But an email id is not available for you. The action cannot be performed.
The email to which you are attempting to send an email is not an authorized domain for email distribution.
