Unable to match a single word because of cluster in Edq (Doc ID 2857633.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the request with "of bank iran islamic"

Step 2 : Check for matches in EDQ

Expected result :

Rules are created with contains where if IRAN contain in any of the word it should match.

Actual result :

User encountered issue with matching scenario mentioned below

Issue Encountered :

Unable to match ‘of bank iran islamic’ with ‘iran’, because the cluster in edq cannot be created based on contains logic.
