nms-setup Does not Process nms_mycentricity.sql Correctly if Service Alert Sql Files Contain Ampersands (Doc ID 2857644.1)

Data from nms_mycentricity.sql is not populating correctly in the database.

It looks like when the nms_mycentricity.sql is applied as part of the setup, it is not processing the and characters correctly.

There should be no non-ascii characters in the MYC_CLIENT_TYPES_1 table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Service Alert Admin Tool.
2. Navigate to the Utility Customers tab.
3. Click on the Add Customer button (+ icon).
4. Select a customer in the Add Account dialog and press OK button.
5. Click on the Edit Customer button (pencil icon).
6. Open Client Type drop down list.

Expected result: Values that contain '&' character are displayed correctly.
