Unable To Open Document In AutoVue for Some Specific Users Who Are Using Slow Performance Machine/Laptop

When trying to Open a file in Autovue, the following error is generated:
Unifier cannot connect to the AutoVue server. You may be missing the required certificate. To attain the certificate and instructions go to View Help menu in Unifier and click Download Plugins
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier Production
- Navigate to any of the Documents
- Open the file in AutoVue
- Notice the error
But the issue only happens for the users who are using a slow performance machine/laptop.
