Interchange Service Getting Stuck - Acknowledgments are not Generated (Doc ID 2857821.1)

Facing an issue where the interchange service gets stuck after running for a period of time and due to which the acknowledgements (physical files) are not getting created.

Upon restarting the service, the acknowledgments get created in a couple of minutes.
