TF web services are not responding within the timeline set in EDQ (Doc ID 2857858.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the payment and check the response is received in timeline configured.

Step 2 : Check the edq services are responding in defined timeline.

Expected result :

Response received within the given timeline like 60 and 120 seconds.

Actual result :

No response received within the given timeline like 60 and 120 seconds.

When the payment is hit against name and address then it stops working and edq is going down.

User is not receiving response in that timeline

Issue Encountered :

Name and address and Narrative services are going down when the payment is hit and no response received within the given timeline like 60 and 120 seconds.

Changes

Patch 80826 has been deployed recently
