ClientRelationshipScreen Is Failing To Create The Primary/Secondary Client Relationship with TypeCode 27 (Doc ID 2857977.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.6 version, General

The ClientRelationshipScreen is failing to create the Primary and Secondary Client Relationship.  Once the screen is saved and Status is moved from 'Draft' to 'Approved'.
The following message is reported and a new Combo Field, “Status” , on the Client Relationship which is blank, disabled and cannot be modified via configuration.

SRE:FailedGenerateOnSubmitMathEngine
Error Message: The OnSubmit Event cannot find ScreenMath configuration or the ScreenMath configuration references a Mathvariable or filed that doe snot exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Capture a Primary – Secondary Relationship.
2. Save the Screen – “Status” Combo Field appears blank and is disabled.
3. Link a Client to the ClientRelationshipScreen and process the “Draft” status button to” Approved”.
4. The system reports the error message.
