ERROR: "The System Could Not Process Your Request" When Comparing Request For Bids BP Records (Doc ID 2858012.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to compare Request For Bids (RFB) Business Process (BP) records, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
The system could not process your request see detail.
Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to Shell/Project > RFB >
  3. Open appropriate RFB BP record
  4. Tab: Proposal Management
  5. Highlight all submitted bids then click "Compare".
