Hedge Management 8.0.7 UI Screens Are Not Loading Properly

Symptoms
In Hedge Management 807x, the Fair Value Definition and Hedge Definition screens are not loading properly in the OFSAA HM UI. Sometimes, after several refreshes, the screen loads but sometimes it doesn't.
This behavior is observed in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. This prevents client from viewing the definitions and from editing the definitions.
In hedge.log you can see the following error message:

While debugging the UI page via F12 (Developer Tools) you can see below error:
