Added Items to the Dropdown Menus, But They do not Appear (Doc ID 2858248.1)

Goal

Added a new entry to the "Action Taken" dropdown menu on Event Details. This was done through using Configuration Assistant, generating the sql file and then loading that into the databse
After rebuild and restarting services, the new entries are not showing up.

What is missing?
