ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

It appears that the valuation of Fixed Funds is sometimes off by a Penny in V11.
Users have seen this occur in both Traditional Valuation and PIT Valuation of fixed funds.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Navigate to Activity Screen on the specific Policy.
3. Add CVForBDPCalc on 11/10/2011.
4. Click Process All.
5. If necessary, Override edit on SIPPay on 2/15/2002 and click Process All again.
6. AddOn on 11/13/2011 will have incorrect value for one of the Fixed Funds in V11.
Observation:
a. The valuation for the “2 Year Guarantee Period Account” in V10 is all correct.
b. The valuation for the “2 Year Guarantee Period Account” in V11 is off by a Penny.
