Using TransactionTimes ABR Returns Blank Screen And Transaction Is Not Added (Doc ID 2858586.1)

On : 11.3.0.11 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transactions with the TransactionTimes Business Rule Attached do not function correctly when attempting to add the Transaction on the System Date after MarketClose.
For example; WorkItemNumberUpdate Transaction has the TransactionTimes BR Attached which in V10 allows the Transaction to be added on the System Date from 0000 to SystemDate:MarketCloseTime.
If the users attempts to add WorkItemNumberUpdate on the System Date after SystemDate:MarketCloseTime to 0000, the Transaction is added on the next business Date.
This functionality does function correctly in V10 however In V11, the users receives a blank screen and the Transaction is not added.
The TransactionTimes BR is used in numerous Transactions.
