Unable to Import Follow-Up Case Through ICSR Difference Screen (Doc ID 2859011.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to Import a Follow-Up case from the ICSR Difference Screen.
The Control returns to the ICSR difference Screen after attempting to import.

Steps followed:
1. Goto Reports- ICSR Pending
2. Select the Follow-Up report and click on Duplicate Search
3. Select the fields on Report Information and Click Search
4. Select the case under Total Number of Rows on duplicate search screen and Click View Difference
5. Select 'current ICSR vs Last Imported ICSR' on the ICSR Difference Screen, select the elements and click Accept Followup
6. Enter the User password and Notes and Click OK
7. ICSR Report - Case Import Warning Messages --Webpage Dialog opens showing Accepted Case number
8. Click Close
9. Incoming ICSR 'Case is Imported Successfully' dialog box does not appear and control returns to ICSR different Screen.
