Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.1.1.2 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading LSH from 2.4.9 version to 3.1.1.2 version, submitted jobs are remaining in 'Pending' status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the jobs to be processed and completed successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade LSH from version 2.4.9 to 3.1.1.2.
2. Submit a job for execution.
