"Open Project In P6" Option in the Unifier Activity Sheet Is Not Available or Does Not Connect

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The "Open Project in P6" option, from the Unifier --> Activity Sheet, is unavailable or is not working.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The "Open Project in P6" option should be available in Unifier --> Activity Sheet and launch to P6.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to use the "Open Project in P6" option from the Unifier --> Activity Sheet.
2. Observe the "Open Project in P6" option is unavailable OR does not launch P6.
