Changing Date Format In ECM (Doc ID 2859295.1)

Symptoms

The date formats across the  tabs for TBAML cases are not consistent and it is creating ambiguity in understanding. We want to change the date formats shown in
Customer Tab of ECM for TBML cases.

In customer Tab, we could see date for as MM/DD/YYYY.
In event details Tab, we could see MM/DD/YYYY,HH:min:sec and YYYY-MM-DD.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

Open a TBAML case
Check in Event details tab, customer tab.
