Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Logging into Team Member then performing some type of activity then logging out will always show the last_active_time and log-in_date as being identical in the USESSAUD table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The USESSAUD to have the last_active_time reflect the last action taken in Team Member.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to Team Member.
2. Perform some type of action such as assigning activities, entering time etc..
3. Log out of Team Member.
4. Query the USESSAUD table to notice that the last_active_time and login_date are identical.
