Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC), 11.1.0.12.0 Version,

It is observed that the Impact Category can not be used in a zone model after delete and re-create. ImportExportPricing throws the below Error while importing the configuration.

STEPS:
----------------------

1. Create the impact category
2. Delete the impact category (by the "obsolete" option in the_XML file).
3. Create that impact category again
4. Run "./ImportExportPricing -import -config the_XML.xml -ow"
