Cursor Position Moving To Bottom/Top Of Screen When Select An Option On Combo Field (Doc ID 2859619.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user select an option in a Combo Field, the cursor will move down or up depending of the position of the combo on the screen.
User needs to navigate down or up to the last selection in order to continue to work on the next fields.
This behavior started to appear on OIPA v11.3.0.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the user selection an option in a Combo, the cursor needs to stay at the Combo, allowing the user to see the selection and continue with the next Field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the QuoteDefinition Screen (as example).
2. Go to the Combo Field on the top of the screen and do a selection.
3. The cursor will move down until it shows the OK/Cancel buttons.
