Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

After removing plan transition entry in Pricing Design Center (PDC), which is successfully submitted to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) from Realtime Rating Engine (RRE) transformation engine, but BRM is still allowing for plan transition.
It is seen that entry for plan transition still exists in BRM table transition_t, even after removing it from PDC.
After manually deleting entry from transition_t (for sake of testing), plan transition fails as expected.
