Goal

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

Debug mode not showing all user logs in CC&B 2.8.

After upgrading from CC&B 2.6 to 2.8 we have a problem with debug mode
(?debug=true) not showing all user logs. In the attachments, the Customer
present what the user logs look like (ouaf / showUserLog.jsp) - as you can
see, the weblog is empty, while the XML communits are not full. In the
XML_2.6.txt file, there is an example of what the log fragment from debug
mode in CC&B 2.6 looks like. Is there any additional configuration in the version
2.8 necessary for debug mode to work properly? This functionality is
essential for our analysts and testers.
