Issues With Batch Processing using Unicast Set Up

Symptoms
On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, Issues with Batch Processing with Unicast Set up.
We are facing issues while running batches using the unicast setup. We completed the changes for all the configurations performed for setting up Unicast.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1. NONE of the batch threads and batch is erroring out, but the job fails with null pointer exception in submit job log. This is not happening for all the jobs but for few jobs in the batch cycle.
2. Few jobs are running long.
Both these issue are not observed in the multicast set up. We had executed the same data same volume in the multicast setup.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
If there is any failure, it should show them in batch run and capture error details. It should not have a successful batch run.
