Multiple Pricing Rules Are Getting Stamped for the Same Period in a Mover Scenario (Doc ID 2859973.1)

Goal

For the Mover scenario where an individual is moving from one state to another, the system is stamping a new pricing rule for the move period. However for the same period, the old pricing rule id rows are still present in the  CI_REPRC_REQ_DTL table.

Can this behavior be explained?
