Custom chars are not visible for Equipment Holder in GUI (Doc ID 2860114.1)

Symptoms

Not able to edit Equipment Holder custom chars as they are not visible on edit page from UIM GUI.

Prerequisite : Have EQH spec with chars added.
Go to PD hierarchy and from there go to equipment holder summary page . Click On Edit page , Custom chars are not visible to edit from GUI.
