ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Object not available for the new ERP instance in CCG

A new ERP instance is created in CCG. Objects for Change Tracking are not available for the new ERP instance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under Workbench > CCG, click on Add Definition.
2. Enter values for the name, ERP instance, application and Type Change Tracking. Save it. Not able to see any objects.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot setup definitions on the ERP instance.
