ALM Process Are Not Visible in Front End After Upgrading to New Version of ALM (Doc ID 2860233.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from ALM 8.0.5 to 8.0.7, in ALM Processing > Static Process > Static Deterministic, the ALM Processes are not visible in front end.  In this case, the Reporting Currency assigned to the ALM Processes is not the Functional Currency.  For example, the Functional Currency is INR and the Reporting Currency is USD.

Your expect to see all ALM Processes after the upgrade.
