How to Terminate Pre-Use Wallets (Doc ID 2860266.1)

Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), Wallets that are in Pre-Use will not transition straight to Terminated upon expiration.  By design, a Wallet must go through:

Pre-Use → Active → Dormant → Terminated

What options are available to bypass these intermediate wallet states and go straight to Terminated from Pre-Use when the expiration date is up?
