Items Not Getting Created When Running The Batch For Item Creation

Goal
When trying to create items from backend but it is failing with various error messages (example):

ISC_ITEM_SUP_REL_NO_EXIST
@0NO_VIS_HIER@1supplier@29998
INVALID_ITEM

@0INV_ITEM
IS_NOT_EXIST
@0INV_ITEM
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place "Create item" file in inbound directory.
2. Run the batch tco_ld_iindfiles_wrapper.ksh from batch server.
3. File is getting successfully loaded but item is not getting created.
4. Error messages can be seen in coresvc_item_err table for that particular process id.
