Symptoms

On : 5.6.0.0.0 version, RateManager

No response is being received for rating call.

When rating in Softrater to the Ratemanager environment the debug report only shows a summary without any details.

Rate to the Ratemanager environment in IBSS.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the debug report when rating to the Ratemanager environment in IBSS.
