Goal

On all version of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), date/timestamps beyond 2038 are not supported and when attempting to set a date/time beyond 03:14:07 on Jan 19th 2038, results in a date/timestamp in the past.

Are there any workarounds for this and/or when can 64-bit date/time support be expected?
