Symptoms

When attempting to groom assignments from a single segment of the network onto two new segments, the grooming tool is not allowing the second assignment to be made due to an informational message which indicates the connection assigning to must be in the same Network System as the one unassigning from. This message is incorrect since all circuits are part of the same Network System. The assignment is only failing for the rows that were copied within the grooming workspace to allow for additional assignments to be made. These rows do not contain "Unassign From" information. They only contain "Assign To". Below is the complete text of the message.
