STEPS
------------
ASCP (R) / Supply Chain Plan / Workbench
Pick plan and review Supply/Demand for Sales Orders with Action - Release
Click Release box and save
/Plan/Release and this launches request MRPRELSO: Release sales order recommendations

<Note 981828.1> discusses ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901 - But will not apply for this customer because the validation SQL in the note passes all tests
SQL> select ORGANIZATION_ID, NAME from hr_operating_units;
- this returns 2 rows
AND
select PROFILE_OPTION_ID, LEVEL_ID, PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE
from FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES
where profile_option_id in (select profile_option_id from FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS where profile_option_name = 'ORG_ID');
