Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open EDQ web tester

Step 2 : Give given name in reverse order and Kepp family name as it as

Step 3 : Check for matches on rule I130O All Names in any order.

Expected result :

Matches should be generated with below rule.

I130O : All Names in any order

Actual result :

No matches are generated.

Issue Encountered :

Not getting any matches against watchlist when the exact name is given in a different order
