Incorrect Transaction Year Presented In OHMPI GUI (Doc ID 2860830.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When viewing records in the Transaction screen of the OHMPI GUI, date Timestamps from 26 December 2021 through 31 December 2021 are displayed as 2022 year.
These transactions do not display when searching for the 2022 year. Customer have confirmed they are all transactions related to this time period in 2021.
There is no indication in the OHMPI database or any integrated messaging of the 2022 Timestamps year.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to see Timestamps correctly for year 2021.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Search for transaction timestamps for events that occurred in the time period 26 Dec 2021 to 31 Dec 2021.

2. All timestamps for all transactions returned from this search will display as future date "xx Dec 2022"
