Viewer Hangs When Closing (Doc ID 2860941.1)

A viewer was hung after trying to close it. It was an odd scenario where a user tried to focus from the switch plan step, and then tried to close the viewer before the map loaded. It does not happen all of the time, but it occurs occasionally. The only way to clear this up is to logout and login again.
