Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The P6 EPPM Configuration Wizard appears to complete all steps successfully except starting the environment, and the environment cannot be started manually afterward.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The P6 EPPM Environment should start successfully.
