Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) version 12.0.3.0, the Furnish Charging Information (FCI) configuration has changed and is not compatible with older versions of NCC/3C.

As a result, the FCI configuration will need to be updated to the new format when NCC/3C is upgraded.

FCI codes are configured under Services → ACS Services → Resources → Tariff Codes

Then in an Advanced Control Services (ACS) Control Plan (CP), add a Set Tariff Code (STC) Feature Node (FN) before any termination node and select the new FCI in the STC node.
