Symptoms

Activity amount is empty and not displaying under Transaction Tab for Cash transactions.

There is no data in TRXN_ACTVY_AM column. 

select TRXN_ACTVY_AM,case_intrl_id from kdd_case_cash_trxn

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
Open a case -> got to transaction tab and verify for Cash transactions.
