GSU Are Updated Incorrectly in Balance Cache (Doc ID 2861562.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
One user configured a bundle with charge offer contains pricing for Zone 5 as 10.072125/MB and with dynamic quota of 1MB for Zone 5.

The nonLinear rating is enable in along with Tariff Time Change (TTC) in the system.

In Step 5 as below, Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) does not return the correct Granted-Service-Unit (GSU) of nearly 8MB with Final Unit Indication (FUI).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ECE balance cache should be updated with the correct GSU.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Pass initiate & update 1 from Zone 5.
