Issue in adding a match to good guy - Cannot add duplicate good guy (Doc ID 2861624.1)

Symptoms

Trying to generate a second good guy on same Name and getting an error “Cannot add duplicate record”

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Access TF as Analyst
Step2: Go to Alert summary screen and add a match to Good Guy
Step3: Access the same match which we have in another alert and try to add the same match to Good Guy again

Issue Encountered:
"Cannot add duplicate Good Guy" pop will be highlighted
