"Attachments Accessed by User Report" Is Not Available in Administrator Reports

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
The "Attachments Accessed by User Report" is not found in the list of Administrator Reports.
Expected Behavior
The "Attachments Accessed by User Report" should be available in the list of Administrator Reports.
Steps:
The issue is verified with the below steps,
- Login to Agile PLM Web Client
- Go to Reports --> Standard Reports --> Administrator Reports
- The user did not find the "Attachments Accessed by User Report"
Changes
Upgrade Agile Database Schema from 9.3.2 or lower to 9.3.3 and higher.
