Error "SuspendDate: Suspend date must be later than Actual Start date." When Importing XML File. (Doc ID 2861787.1)

Symptoms

When importing XML file to P6 Web, it fails to import and logs show error code.


ERROR
-----------------------
SEVERE: com.primavera.integration.client.xml.xmlimporter.XMLImporterException:
Errors located:
SuspendDate: Suspend date must be later than Actual Start date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to P6 Web
  2. Go to Projects > EPS
  3. Go to Actions > Import/Export Projects
  4. Select XML file type and add project to be imported
  5. Click Import
  6. Click Welcome drop-down box and select View Service Status
  7. Notice Status is Failed
  8. Select View Log and see Error
