Pricing Uploads Not Working When Templates Used Are In Spanish Language (Doc ID 2862052.1)

Symptoms

Error while uploading clearances using clearance template in Spanish language.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Plantilla no válida. Compruebe las hojas o las columnas de la hoja de cálculo utilizada"
"Falta una hoja en el archivo de entrada"

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Change RPM session language to Spanish.
  2. Download blank template for clearance upload in Spanish language.
  3. Fill the template with necessary data.
  4. Navigate to Clearances -> Upload Clearances and upload the template for processing.
  5. Navigate to Data Loading -> Review Status and notice that the process failed with errors.
    "Plantilla no válida. Compruebe las hojas o las columnas de la hoja de cálculo utilizada"
    "Falta una hoja en el archivo de entrada"
