Symptoms
Error while uploading clearances using clearance template in Spanish language.
ERROR

"Plantilla no válida. Compruebe las hojas o las columnas de la hoja de cálculo utilizada"
"Falta una hoja en el archivo de entrada"
Steps to Recreate:
- Change RPM session language to Spanish.
- Download blank template for clearance upload in Spanish language.
- Fill the template with necessary data.
- Navigate to Clearances -> Upload Clearances and upload the template for processing.
- Navigate to Data Loading -> Review Status and notice that the process failed with errors.
