Symptoms

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Run Real-time Screening
Step2: Execute Customer screening using main job with correct run profile

Expected Behavior:
Execution should complete successfully without any error

Actual Behavior:
We are seeing the below error:
Watchlist Service Error: Failed to route message to real-time system: No listener available to process the request (Code: 206,342) (Code: 233,530)

Issue Encountered:
Please refer attachment "Error in UI"

Created new project and named it as watchlist screening PEP
