Symptoms

Performance issue while running NewItemLoc batch causing delay in nightly batches.

Steps to recreate :

  1. User creates New Store.
  2. New item-loc linking is carried out (even for 3k items).
  3. Observed that NIL takes more than 6 hrs.
  4. Observed that the Rollup Phase of NIL is taking more time. Particularly the THREAD_ROLLUP_FOR_NIL function.
