Symptoms

BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) client tools getting incorrect password error in upgraded environment from BRM7.5 PS6 to BRM12 PS4.

After Upgrade, user is trying to connect BRM thick clients like Customer Center, Payment Center through CSR(Customer Service Representative) account but getting incorrect password error due to different encryption algorithms in BRM7.5 PS6 & BRM12 PS4.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to login to all the client tools with existing password.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be re-produced with the following steps:
1. Open any client tool like Payment Center
2. Enter the login details (CSR)
3. Click on login
4. Throwing Incorrect Password Error.
